Felecia Rotellini grew up in the small town of Sheridan, Wyoming. A first generation college graduate, Felecia graduated with honors from Notre Dame Law School in , before moving to Phoenix, Arizona. For over 28 years, Felecia has made Arizona her home and has been practicing law in both the public and private sectors. A fierce financial watchdog, Felecia is best known for her work as the lead lawyer against Arthur Anderson regarding its audits of the Baptist Foundation of Arizona.

In , as the Democratic candidate for Arizona Attorney General, she lost by a very narrow margin. In , again as the Democratic nominee, she earned bi-partisan support, national recognition and numerous endorsements from the law enforcement, education and business communities — and enthusiastic support from all people across the state — yet she lost again due to an incredible onslaught of dark-money.

Felecia Rotellini is an American attorney and politician who served as chair of the Arizona Democratic Party from to Rotellini spent 13 years as an assistant state attorney general before serving as the superintendent of the Arizona State Banking Department under Governor Janet Napolitano.
